Childcare Savings Programs

According to the B.C. government, B.C. is building affordable, accessible, quality, inclusive child care as a core service that families can depend on. As a licensed Family Child Care facility, we are fully participating in the government child care funding programs and providing service to families who receive the Affordable Child Care Benefit. By registering your child with us, your family is on the way to the benefits of the childcare savings programs.

How the savings programs work

Some families can benefit from more than one savings program. The total savings your family can receive is based on factors like income, family size, age of children, and type of care.

Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI)

 

The parent is not required to apply for CCFRI, upon completing your child registration with us, we are going to summit the form and your child care fee will be deducted accordingly once it is approved. You can estimate your savings by accessing the link below.

Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB)

 

Families with a pre-tax income of up to $111,000 are eligible to apply for the Affordable Child Care Benefit. Refer to its website.

 

The parent is required to apply for ACCB upon registering your child with us if you are eligible.
